What is Deltek Insight?Deltek Insight brings together customers, partners, and industry experts for a three-day learning and networking experience. Hundreds of unique sessions are offered, including product training, discussions of best practices, case studies and business strategies. Insight is designed to maximize networking and engagement among attendees, with dedicated areas and programs, to connect people with the colleagues and topics most relevant to their interests. When and where will Deltek Insight 2011 be held?Insight 2011 will be held May 16-19, 2011 at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN. If I am a Maconomy or INPUT user, is this conference something I should attend?Yes! INPUT customers will love our new business development track! Attendees in this track are seeking to plan their market strategy, develop and grow their pipeline, create winning proposals and manage their contact data. Insight 2011 offers Maconomy professionals a unique learning opportunity. Are there any sponsorships or exhibit spaces available?Yes. You can contact the sponsorship management team at tiffanygary@deltek.com. Will continuing education credits be available?At Deltek Insight 2011, you will find more than 200 sessions that qualify for continuing education credits. This provides you the opportunity to earn over 11 continuing education credits during the conference. Professional education credits will be available from the following organizations:
When will I be able to receive my session attendance acknowledgement(s)?Session attendance letters are emailed to attendees who request credit acknowledgment letters within 4-6 weeks post-conference. What is the registration process?To register for Deltek Insight 2011, complete the online registration form at https://www.travelhq.com/events/insight2011. Is there a group discount available?Yes. Group discounts will be available after January 31.
If your company desires to participate in the group discount program, we'll need several pieces of information - your company name, the name, address, email address and telephone number of a group discount contact person, and the estimated number of attendees. Once we have this information, you will be provided with a unique group discount code which must be entered during the online registration process when each company member registers and pays for their registration (even those registering for the first three full conference registrations). What activities can they attend with me?Guest tickets may be purchased for the Welcome Reception on May 16 and Celebrate Insight, the final event on May 18, and are required for entry. Guests are not permitted into the sessions, Insight Expo Hall, or to conference breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks. Guest tickets are very popular, but also very limited, so we strongly recommend guest tickets are purchased in advance through the Insight 2011 conference registration site. Guests must be 21 years of age or older. For guest ticket prices, please check the Fees & Discounts page. Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company in the event I cannot attend?Yes. Substitutions can be made in writing to Deltek Insight Registration at info@deltekinsight.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrant and/or guest. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to April 7, 2011. Any change or cancellation of travel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant and/or guest. Please note that we cannot accept substitutions by phone. What if I need to cancel?You may cancel your registration and/or guest ticket by sending a request to Insight2011@travelhq.com.
How do I get a copy of my registration invoice?Your email confirmation, sent after you hit "Final Submit" on the online registration form, will serve as your receipt. For additional needed documentation, contact Insight2011@travelhq.com. Can I pay with a company check?Yes, however, please note that payments are made and sent to Deltek's event management services firm - not to Deltek. Checks sent directly to Deltek will cause delays in confirming your registration(s) and/or guest ticket(s). Make the check payable to Maritz Travel Company and mail or overnight to Attn: Deltek Insight 2011, c/o Financial Shared Services, 1355 North Highway Drive, Fenton, MO 63099. Invoice(s) must accompany the check, and the check must reference the attendee's name(s) and invoice number(s). Checks payable in full must be received within 10 days after you register or your conference registration will be canceled. All checks must be received by April 30, 2011. Please note that you will be required to enter a credit card number during registration even if you are paying by check. If your check is not received within 30 days of your registration, your credit card will be charged. Can I pay with a Purchase Order (PO)?Yes, instructions will be provided during registration. Will Deltek provide meals during Insight?All attendees with Full Conference badges will have access to the following meals:
Coffee breaks and small snacks will also be provided at various times during the event. Guests are not permitted into the sessions, Insight Expo Hall or conference meals, except where indicated. What is the smoking policy at the venue?Gaylord Hotels are smoke-free facilities. There are designated outdoor smoking areas. Am I allowed to record any of the presentations or demonstrations during Deltek Insight?Any unauthorized recording of the presentations or demonstrations at Deltek Insight is strictly prohibited. What is the attire for the conference?The attire for Deltek Insight is business casual. Celebrate Insight, the evening event on May 18, is casual attire. Can I get the conference hotel rate if I contact the hotel directly?Yes. In order to secure the negotiated conference hotel rate, please be sure to mention Deltek Insight 2011 when making your reservation. I do not need hotel accommodations. Is there a registration price difference?No. The registration fee does not include travel and hotel accommodations.
