Insight '08 is the place to meet product and industry experts and your peers. We've planned the following opportunities for you to mix, mingle and learn from each other.

Club Insight

Located in the center of the Solutions Pavilion, Club Insight is the perfect place to meet up with peers, learn more about Deltek's offerings or just take a minute to relax in a lounge atmosphere. This is where all the action happens — from making appointments to 'Meet the Experts' or your Deltek contacts or grabbing a quick snack. This is the place to be for meeting up, hanging out and talking shop.

Track Lounges

Looking for an informal way to relax and mingle with other Insight attendees using your products? Each track will have a lounge area offering refreshments and a place to network with fellow track participants. Each Product Track Lounge will be equipped with access to the worldwide-web via the Internet kiosks, an Insight information desk and product experts that can assist you with product and session content questions.

Online Peer Networking

Insight '08 is the ideal place for Deltek customers to network with peers and the entire Deltek community. There are many ways Insight '08 is facilitating peer networking — both online pre-conference and face-to-face in Nashville.

Login to the Insight '08 Registration Site under the Returning Visitors section. Please login using the same ID and password you created when registering. Once you are logged in, click on Online Peer Networking for further instructions.

Networking Meals

Is there a subject you've wanted to discuss with your fellow Deltek product users? Do you have a topic you want to bring to the table? Literally, now you can! Tables in the meal areas will be organized by product track and attendees will have the opportunity to participate in facilitated table discussions or self-led discussions during breakfast and lunch meals.

Meet the Experts

Do you have a specific product functionality question you want to ask a Deltek Support Analyst? Do you want to talk to a Technical Support expert? Conference attendees have the unique opportunity to schedule one-on-one meeting time with Deltek Support Analysts with expertise in any one of Deltek’s products. Meetings are limited to 20-minutes each and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Come to Club Insight in the Solutions Pavilion to schedule your meetings. Pre-conference scheduling is not available.

Evening Events

Evening events are a great opportunity to network with peers, partners and product and industry experts without missing any of the valuable sessions during the day. On the night you arrive, expect to be swept away to the French Quarter. The stunning Delta Island transforms to Bourbon Street for a Welcome Reception with New Orleans flare. Enjoy great jazz along side delicious Cajun fare all while you meet and mingle with friends and peers.

After your first full day of sessions, a Tuesday night Happy Hour reception is the perfect place to wind down. Join us in the Solutions Pavilion for unique grab-and-go food, games and networking before you retire at your leisure for the remainder of the evening.

Of course we plan to send you off with an unforgettable and fun event. Wednesday night we Celebrate Insight in true Nashville fashion. A downtown, Music City block party sets the perfect scene for line dancing, a live outdoor concert featuring some of Nashville's hottest acts or just hanging out with a plate of Tennessee barbeque and taking in the sites.
