* govWin Discovery Day Pass includes entrance into Discovery Day on May 18, 2010 from 1:00pm - 7:00pm, as well as Insight Expo from 1:00pm - 7:00pm. This pass excludes Insight sessions, Meet the Experts and evening events.

** Day Pass includes entrance to Insight sessions, Insight Expo and meals during 8am-7pm, on one designated day. Day Passes are available for May 17, 18, 19 and 20. This pass excludes evening events and Meet the Experts. Group Discounts are not eligible when purchasing Day Passes.

^† Regular Registration for the Full Conference Pass includes: access to all conference activities and meals including General Sessions, Breakout Sessions, Deltek Insight Expo, Meet the Experts, conference materials, conference meals and evening events.

In order to take advantage of volume discounts, you must first obtain a group code to enter at the beginning of the registration process. Click here to request a group code.

Conference Cancellations:

All cancellations must be received in writing. Please email your cancellation to Insight10@travelhq.com. A full refund will be issued for cancellations received prior to March 15, 2010. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received between March 15, 2010 and April 7, 2010. No refunds will be made for cancellations after April 7, 2010.

Conference Substitutions:

Substitutions must be requested via Return Visitor Services or in writing to Insight10@travelhq.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrant. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to May 4, 2010. (If you pay by credit card, your statement will reflect "Maritz Travel" for the above conference fees.)
