* To be eligible for volume discounts, all registrants must be from the same company. In order to take advantage of volume discounts, you must first obtain a group code to enter at the beginning of the registration process.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Please email your cancellation to Insight2009@travelhq.com. A full refund will be issued for cancellations received by March 31, 2009. For cancellations received between April 1, 2009 and April 16, 2009, a refund of 50% will be processed. No refunds will be made for cancellations after April 16, 2009.
