The Insight 2010 conference activities will take place at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center. Minutes from Washington, DC, the four-diamond Gaylord National offers everything under a soaring glass atrium, including four signature restaurants, a 20,000 sq. ft. spa, and a rooftop ultra lounge. Guests can take advantage of a convenient shuttle to downtown Washington, DC, or take a more scenic route via the Potomac River with water taxi transportation from the hotel's private marina to Old Town Alexandria and other famous regional destinations. Gaylord National also features nightly family entertainment, including a spectacular indoor fountain show and roving musical performers, as well as unique shops and boutiques, a 24-hour fitness center, and an all-season, junior Olympic-sized pool.

Room Reservations

Deltek has reserved rooms at the hotel at the special negotiated conference rate of $259 for a single/double plus 15% tax. The Gaylord National Hotel also has an additional daily resort fee of $15, per room, per night. This fee includes:

• USA Today delivered every weekday morning (Washington Post delivery on weekends)
• In-room high-speed Internet access
• Wireless Internet access in the guest rooms, dining outlets and atriums
• Fitness center access
• 2 bottles of water per day in guest room
• Local phone calls (1^st 20 minutes per call)
• 800 access and toll-free calls (1^st 20 minutes per call)

Hotel reservations must be made before Wednesday, April 7, 2010 (or until room block is filled) to secure the special Insight 2010 rates. We recommend making your reservation for the conference dates you need as soon as possible as hotel rooms will fill up quickly. Please note that all rooms are subject to availability.
